Dear Daniel:
Thank you for
squeezing me into your March NLP seminar. Thank You, Thank You,
Thank You! What a difference your 2-day workshop has made in both
my personal and professional life.
I am truly impressed
with my retention level and the ease with which I've been able to
apply the techniques you taught. While I am still a mere beginner,
and would surely be interested in an advanced course; the results
are astounding. NLP Made Easy, you've named it well.
The ability
to ascertain the level of rapport with a perfect stranger has allowed
me to secure new listing contracts with such ease. I've obtained
eight new listings and two new exclusive buyer representations in
the past four weeks! This is a 100% close ratio. And not only that,
my cold call confidence level and success rate is way up. Receptionists
have been much more cooperative and the principals are have also
given me much more latitude and respect as I approach them about
buying the properties I have listed. As a result, I'm negotiating
three purchase contracts, all from new business this month.
I have had great
success in matching voice tone and speed as well as posturing and
breathing. Also, to my surprise, I successfully matched eyeblinks
with an antagonistic gentlemen who sat to my side and refused to
acknowledge me as an integral part of a purchase negotiation with
one of my sellers It seemed to be the only thing available to me,
so I used it. While my client struggled to maintain his composure
and to direct the buyer's questions to me, I moved slightly to the
peripheral area of the buyer's view. Within about five minutes I
had the buyer's eye contact and a shift of his body toward me. In
another five minutes his heart rate had slowed and he was actually
speaking to me
Since your seminar,
am so much more cognitive of my physiology and voice tones and,
as a result, have been able to establish rapport very quickly. Moreover,
I have reestablished a very important personal relationship, which
was on the brink of failure simply due to our different communication
styles. Its funny how two people can actually be saying the same
thing or share a similar viewpoint but be unable to convince the
other of the similarity. My friend thinks I've changed my thinking,
but in fact, all I've done is altered my communication style to
better relate to him in his world.
Your teachings
have brought me great riches in my personal life, a fantastic close
ratio in my business, and overall more efficiency and harmony by
being able to quickly gain rapport with people I come in contact
with. Thank You!
